About
I am a London based Voice coach with an MA in Voice Studies from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama for which I was awarded the Julia Wilson-Dickson In Memoriam Scholarship. I was fortunate enough to train under renowned Voice practitioners: Barbara Houseman, Frankie Armstrong, Rebecca Clark Carey, Clare Davidson and Annie Morrision and studied the work of other distinguished Voice practitioners such as Cicely Berry, Kristin Linklater and Patsy Rodenburg.
After graduating from the University of Oxford, I trained as an actress at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and gained 3 years experience performing.
I am also a qualified teacher, having completed a PGCE, and I have taught at various schools and drama schools including North London Collegiate School, Colfe’s School, James Allen’s Girls’ School and Eaton Square Mayfair. I was inspired by the subject of Drama at Alleyn’s School, where I was awarded the prize for Drama in my final year, and won a place in both the National Youth Theatre and National Youth Music Theatre.
Alongside working with professional clients and performers I have taught at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company, The Actors’ Temple, The Bridge Theatre Training Company, City Academy and The Young Actors Theatre Islington.
